By accessing or using the Sokoon mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Sokoon and meet all the eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sokoon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Sokoon immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may suggest new words to be included in the Sokoon dictionary. However, you acknowledge and agree that you do not have any ownership rights in the content of the dictionary. Sokoon reserves the right to accept or reject any word suggestions.
You agree not to submit any suggestions or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
"Sokoon" and the Sokoon logo are trademarks of Sokoon. You agree not to use any Sokoon trademarks without the prior written consent of Sokoon.
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sokoon or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOKOON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOKOON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Sokoon reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post a notice on the Service prior to the effective date of the changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
